Returns
At Booklify, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item you received was not what you ordered

• The item has a manufacturing defect or damage

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order

• Return the item in its original packaging within 3 working days

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Replacements & Refunds
If your return is valid, you can choose between:

• Replacement: We'll send the correct item. You’ll only need to cover the delivery charges.

• Refund: We’ll process your refund via your selected method within 15–30 days.

Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
